Emotional Regulation Tips

Each time you water your plant, ask yourself:
• What emotion am I feeling today?
• Where do I feel it in my body?
• What do I need right now?
🌱 2. Mindful Watering Exercise
While watering your plant:
✔ Slow your breathing
✔ Focus on the movement of the water
✔ Notice smells, textures, and sounds
This helps calm your nervous system and bring your attention into the present moment.
🌱 3. Growth Reflection
Plants teach us:
• Growth takes time
• Setbacks are a part of the progress
• Consistency creates meaningful results
Ask yourself:
“What small step can I take this week to care for myself?”
